The Merula Cup menstrual cup is unique because it comes in one size fits all. So it doesn’t matter how old or active you are, whether you’re just starting your very first period or have already given birth. The soft ladder-style stem can be shortened to your desired length if needed and also makes it easier to remove the cup.
The Merula Cup can hold up to 38 ml (that’s about the equivalent of 2 super plus tampons!). Which means: up to 8 hours of not having to think about your period.
